What happens when my course certificate expires, and how can I revalidate it?
Certificates issued for completing courses usually have an expiration date, which may vary depending on the course and regulatory requirements.
- Once your certificate reaches its expiration date, it will no longer be valid for compliance purposes.
- You may lose access to certain roles or permissions if an active certificate is required.
- Your compliance status will be updated to reflect the expired certification in your profile and training matrix.
- Refresher Courses & Assessments:
To maintain certification, you will need to complete the required refresher course(s) or assessments before your current certificate expires. - Dashboard Notifications:
You will receive notifications as your certificate approaches expiry, reminding you to take action. - Revalidation Options:
Revalidation options and instructions will be available on your Dashboard, making it easy to see what you need to do next.
