 Reporting an Error

If you experience an error while using the system, please follow the steps below to help our support team resolve the issue quickly.


Step 1: Capture a Screenshot

  • When the error message appears, take a screenshot showing the full screen, including the error message.
    • On a Windows computer: press PrtScn or Windows + Shift + S.
    • On a Mac: press Command + Shift + 4 and drag to select the area.
    • On a mobile device: use your device’s screenshot shortcut.

Step 2: Include Key Details


In your message, please include:

  • A short description of what you were doing when the error occurred.
  • The time and date of the error.
  • Your name and organisation (if applicable).

Step 3: Email the Support Team


Send the screenshot and details to support@chorustraining.com
Our team will review the error and contact you as soon as possible with next steps or a resolution.
